IN THE NAME OF RAWK

Yeah, so, one day in my math class I started doodling this chick. She was in kind of a nondescript pose, but her duds were completely punked out. I decided that I wasn't doing her justice with so nondescript a pose, so I went entirely the other way and tried coming up with something more hardcore. This is what I came up with.

I don't know what those lights are in the background... I just thought anything was better than that big black nothing I had back there. I guess they were camera flashes or something until I went overboard and gave her, like, rock-chi burning in her hand. I decided I liked it, until I realized that it'd probably be confusing if her shading indicated a light source coming from a different direction. Ergo, the spotlight.

As an aside, the original image was huge, so some detail was lost in scaling it down for this file size. In the original you could see that her tongue stud was an 8-ball.
